Prof. Mats Boman (Board member)
Mats Boman is Prof. Inorganic chemistry at Uppsala University and worked successfully with enzyme based bioreactors together with Gunnar Johansson in the early 2000’s. Mats was first to fully coat nanoporous alumina on the nm scale and has worked with ALD/CVD since 1980. Mats was also first to coat nanoporous alumnina with nanoparticles for catalytic purposes. Mats has had an interdisciplinary collaboration with Gunnar Johansson for more than 20 years. Mats is co-founder of Nanexa (https://nanexa.com/), a company providing nanostructured coatings for drug release with 19 employees as of 2021. Mats is co-founder and board member of Ceguma AB.
