Our mission
- Carbon dioxide (CO2) accounts for 65% of global greenhouse gas emissions1.
- The energy sector contributes by far largest (73.2%) to the current CO2 emission2
- The increase in CO2 content in the atmosphere is the main cause of global warming.
- Today fossil resources supply 86% of our energy and 96% of organic chemicals3
There is a huge need of efficient methods for Carbon Capture and Usage (CCU) which can be implemented at all types of geographic locations and which make use of residual CO2 from combustion fossile resources.
Our mission is to contribute significantly to the global lowering of greenhouse gas emission within the next 10 years by developing enzyme based CCU technology.
